The Industry Capability Network is an independent, not-for-profit service to the manufacturing, engineering and service sectors here in Victoria. ICN is funded by government and their services are free and confidential.
With the support of Moira Shire, the ICN is developing a local online business capability database. The database will be used to facilitate the involvement of local businesses in major developments planned within the region and across the State. Using the ICN’s www.regionalindustrylink.com.au website, at no cost your company can be linked with new business opportunities both close to home and further a field.
Businesses can register for a number of major projects throughout Victoria including the Northern Victorian Irrigation Renewal (‘food bowl modernisation’) project. NVIRP is in the process of appointing a new Managing Contractor for the next stage of this project; by registering with Regional Industry Link you can be assured that the ICN will bring your business to the new Managing Contractor’s attention once they have been appointed in the New Year.
The Regional Industry Link website also allows you to nominate for additional projects including the Victorian Desalination plant, Iluka Resources Murray Basin Mineral Sands Project, Sugarloaf Interconnector and other major projects throughout the State.
