Goulburn Murray Regional Migration Program

The Goulburn Murray Regional Migration Program runs a joint initiative between the Greater Sheppaton, Moira and Campaspe councils, under the State Government's Global Skills for Provincial Victoria program.
The main objectives of the Skilled Migration Program are to assist regional economies meet their skill needs by working closely with regional employees and communities to develop and implement services to attract migrants to their region. The linking of migrants with local employers and professional communities, and providing locally developed solutions to assist newly arrived migrants into employment, which may include local workplace orientation, mentoring, and access to local employer and professional networks.
